#1:
Must be produced from sound, live trees and be free
of insect damage and diseased wood.
Must contain less than 2% of net volume in rot./undersize.
Must contain only accpetable species.
Must be properly prepared, delimbed and free of brush.
GRADE
#2:
All pulpwood that does not meet Grade #1, must be
less than 6 months old, and 5% or less rot.
The scaler will reject all loads of pulpwood containing more than 5% net
volume of unacceptable pulpwood, or loads of pulpwood which have
deteriorated due to age. For
defective bolts - volume may be deducted.
