SNB Forest Management Fund Treatments

Rate increases for the SNB Fund silviculture activities were passed by the SNB Marketing Board.  These new rates take effect immediately.

Commercial Thinning                  $450/ha

-Semi-Commercial Thinning        $600/ha

-Crop Tree Release                     $450/ha

-Variable Thinning                       based on calculation 

-Uniform Shelterwood Cutting     $350/ha

-Uniform Selection Cutting          $400/ha

-Release Cutting                          $250/ha

-Residual Removal                      $250/ha

-Under Planting                           $0.32/tree

-Inter Planting                             $0.32/tree
